REDUCING ODOURS IN FEEDLOTS; ODOURS & FATS IN GREASE TRAPS; BOD & COD & SLUDGE REDUCTION IN WASTE WATER  

Problems in some FEEDLOTS can be attributed to accumulation of solids, and water quality.   Accumulation of excess manures cause odour and fly problems.      RECYCLER SEPTIC & ANIMAL WASTE, is a team of beneficial bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes, which have the ability to  breakdown common organics, and hydrogen sulphide removal, by oxidizing the H2S to less problematic compounds.   The team of microbes within the RECYCLER SEPTIC & ANIMAL WASTE formulation, works to degrade the long chain polymers under low oxygen tension.   Other microbes within the formulation degrade the carbohydrates, proteins and lipids.  The results of this microbial action turns the thick cake of sludge into a more transferable form, which can then be applied in an easier liquid manure form.
 
  

Depending on the operation, some Feedlots will accumulate the manure in large heaps.   Long time exposure to UV will degrade the nutrient value of the manure.   To gain maximum advantage in the use of fresh manure, or to re-constitute old dried out manure, requires the added use of large numbers of microbial populations.

In Commerical WASTE TREATMENT facilities, RECYCLER SEPTIC & ANIMAL WASTE offers enhanced removal of BOD, suspended solids and sludge, TSS, odour and greater resistance to shocks.

  

ODOURS AND GREASE buildup in FOOD PREPARATION AND PROCESSING facilities,  can be sites for breeding unwanted contaminants, attract flies and unwanted pests, grease build up clogs lines, cleaning the problem is a disliked chore.     By inoculating problem areas with  RECYCLER GREASE TRAP, the formulation of microbes and an additional energy source, assists in degrading simple carbohydrates, fats, oil, protein, starch and cellulose.  The net result means periods between cleaning of grease traps is extended very substantially.   Uncoagulated fats, enable dispersion through water systems more effectively, and without causing down stream problems.   


RECYCLER SEPTIC & ANIMAL WASTE  is also applied to COMMERCIAL and DOMESTIC WASTE WATER AND SEPTIC TANKS.    In septic tanks, RECYCLER SEPTIC & ANIMAL WASTE offers reduced risk of clogging drain pipes and the microbial action controls odours.




RECYCLER SEPTIC & ANIMAL WASTE is also applied for ALGEA REDUCTION and ALGEA CONTROL in POND TREATMENTS.    Treatments vary dependent upon the situation problem.  For example;  blue Algae reduction in ponds would require a combination of chemical and bacterial treatments, the amount and application of each product, will depend upon the season, water temperature & pH, and the severity of ALGEA bloom.   The combination treatment means that the Chemical element will act to initially eliminate growth of existing blooms, however, the dying and dead blooms will settle on the bottom of ponds. The subsequent sediment buildup becomes the base source of feed for new algae growth.  The biological introduction and microbes within the Innoculant works on the sediment build up, by degrading the long chain polymers, enabling the breakdown and reduction of available food for fresh algea infections.   Over a period the chemical applications can be reduced, and the biology can maintain an equilibrum and control of algea re-infection and the decaying food source.
